Cardiovascular Training  with our full line of brand new Life Fitness cardio equipment including top of the line treadmills, cross trainers (elliptical machines), upright and recumbent cycles, and stair climbers.  Come in and try out the only Life Fitness Summit Trainer in Wilmington!

Aerobics Training our instructors are unparalleled!  Try our wide variety of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Step, Kickboxing, Muscle Mix, AM Stretch, Interval Training,           Core Conditioning, and Spin Classes 

Water Therapy - with our indoor salt water filtration half-Olympic sized pool and Jacuzzi, as well as a dry sauna and steam room, we offer daily water aerobics classes as well as having a licensed physical therapist and recreational therapist on staff.

Weight Management Programs soon to be introduced with an in-house licensed nutritionist

Basic Step: Want to learn to step? This class offers basic step moves with easy to follow choreography. Class Level: Beginner

Step: This class offers basic to challenging choreography for an intense workout. Class Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Step Flex: This class offers basic to intermediate step choreography with intervals of resistant training for an excellent calorie and fat burning workout! Class Level: All Levels

Fit 4 Life Low: This class offers low impact and low intensity simple choreography with a major component of weight training and stretching for a healthy body. Class Level: All Levels

Interval: Need something different? This class utilizes cardio and weight training in a 3 minute to one and a half minute intervals. The cardio contains Hi/Low choreography, jump roping, and plyometric exercises all of which you can customize to your fitness level. Class Level: All Levels

Water Aerobics: This class offers a cardio workout with the therapeutic benefits of water resistance. A great workout for injury rehab or for those seeking a non-impact workout. Class Level: All Levels

Muscle Mix: A total body resistance training class with innovative movements for a strong lean body. Class Level: All Levels

Body Blast: This class combines multi-impact choreography, resistance training, and stretching. Class Level: All Levels

Cycle: Climb hills, jump, sprint, or just cruise to increase lower body and cardiovascular strength and endurance on an indoor cycle. Bring a water bottle and a towel – you’ll need them! Class Level: All Levels

Biathlon: A cycle and run/walk class that consists of a full hour of cardiovascular training with a complete warm-up, cool down, and stretch. Class Level: All levels

Pilates: A mat based class that focuses on strengthening the power core and elongating the muscles to create a lean sculpted body. Class Level: All Levels

Yoga: Exercise your mind, body, and soul in this class taught in the Ashtanga tradition. Great for strength, flexibility, and meditation. Class Level: All Levels

Yogilates: Yogilates will increase energy, improve posture, balance, coordination, endurance, and flexibility for overall improved health through gentle, graceful, repeated movements. Class Level: All Levels

Kick Boxing: This class is a rhythmic cardio workout with the emphasis on basic kick boxing techniques. Class Level: All Levels

Kick & Core: A class focusing on cardiovascular endurance utilizing basic kick boxing techniques with a core strengthening component. Class Level: All Levels

Ab Attack: A 30 minute class utilizing traditional, innovative, resistance, and pilates based methods to work the core. Class Level: All Levels

AM Stretch: A 30 minute class to improve flexibility and range of motion. Class Level: All Levels
